Where a booking is made through Airbnb, Booking.com or another third-party booking platform, that platform will process Personal Data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The booking platform may share the information necessary to manage the reservation with Marmotte Chalets and Smoobu.

Depending on the booking channel and services provided, the third-party platform may act as an independent Data Controller for some of its processing activities.
